Residents Visa

My wife and myself are moving to Uzumlu in June.The tapu for the property is in my name.Will this cause problems for my wife getting a residents visa.
Any advise gratefully received

I assume you mean a Residence Permit. Provided that your wife has the same surname as you, there shouldn't be any problem.
