Just to say thanks to Phil for organising todays walk. It was a lovely gentle walk finishing with an enjoyable lunch at Village Garden. Entertainment laid on by Royston, lovely. As usual we were made very welcome and I now have my first ever Strawberry plants bought there. Looking forward to "Picking my own".

We went with the Wine House Walkers to Nif yesterday, lovely relaxing walk with a little bit of history thrown in for good measure.
I'm sure that the little garden restaurant and the ever patient dolmus driver were glad of a little bit of extra business.
Its good that people like Phil and Pat are prepared to give of their time and energy to help build a little bit of community spirit in Uzumlu.
Well done to both of you and thanks for a nice day out.
