Good luck with the quitting.
My doctor here in Turkey, told me that not only do I need lots of sunshine but, need lots of calcium which of course, means chocolate and full fat dairy ice cream (or so I assumed.)  So, it goes to show that every cloud really does have a silver lining!

I have also given up smoking 3 months ago after a health scare and can honestly say it is worth while.
I beleive the only way to stop properly is to go cold turkey which is what i did and i suppose the fact i have had a health scare gave me the incentive to stop.
Am really proud of myself and hopefully will never start again?

Don't forget there are alternatives which can also help like hypnotherapy, reflexology and eft.
Contact me if I can help.
