When I was on two tablets I started missing letters out of my spellings when typing:D

will power is the only way to stop, if you really want to stop you can, tablets and needles are for people toying with the idea and have too much money to spend ;)

I stopped a 40 a day habit ten years ago. I used patches and willpower and found it really really hard. If it was easy to stop them most people would if only because of the expense in addition to the health issues! It's a bloody hard thing to do and you really have to want to do it.

I cant imagine how I would have coped with the smoking ban in pubs and all the restrictions that wern't in place before, especially on holday!

I still have dreams that I have started again and wake up in a blind panic ! :(

Good luck Mary T !  :)
