Stopping smoking help

Hi
Well I started when in Turkey and I found the tabs great ,
A) No agressive thoughts
B) No real desire for a cig except for the " what do I do with the empty hands" bit.

I have started again and I dont feel bad about it, Why? You need support. I was in a situation where for 2 months I had no partner and no cash so I ended up sitting in an empty apartment for two days a week.
And no, I am not condoning giving up, Jackie joines me in a couple of months and with her support a9 and no finacial problems) we will both stop.
Don't try and do it without support, some can, but most will not . Our friends help us.

Regards

Mary T
I used these last year with some success but found that the two tablets after a week or two were making me feel a little funny for want of a better word.  Nothing major, just a sort of 'I can't be bothered with anything' sort of feeling. I mentioned it to the lady at our class who told me to revert back to the one tablet, which I did and all was fine.
Good luck, I hope you succeed I certainly wish I had.

Hi
I found that I dreamed a lot. It is one of the side effects mentiond. But when I say I dreamed a lot I really mean it.
Most times it was ok but sometimes you woke up feeling really tired.
However, as I mentiond, they stopped the agresive feelings that is comon when stopping smoking.

10 years ago I gave up a 60 quid a week habit of Hamlets in the day time and Condor in my pipe in the evenings with just a single visit to a hypnotist. For a few weeks I sometimes fancied a smoke but never had cravings. In my mind I just said "Ken you don't smoke"  8). Everyone who knew me could not believe I'd done it. Never looked back since and believe it was the best thing I've ever done  8)
