In the case of a flasher, a water pistol armed with lemon juice should be sobering. A supersoaker similarly loaded would be even better, incase the target is difficult to locate.

a water pistol filled with washing up liquid that will definatly do the trick i know cause my husband had some rubbed on his nether regions for a laugh when he was drunk fell asleep the day after he sat in cold bath pulling peeling skin off ouch
