well  it was always cheaper for us in the past but its worth the extra few quid to be Irish

Looks like 15 euros now, still think they will be happy with that, going to Turkey and being Irish. I have a British passport but could have had an Irish one, wish I did as still proud of my Irish roots.My friend had one when we went on holiday years ago and he got a more welcoming approach from passport control than the brits did.
