Just wondering if any female members of the forum have ever been diagnosoed with this condition, if so what treatment where you advised on having. Any answers gratefully received!

I have never heard of it till now. Some good articles to be found on the net.
Treatment showing are with hormones, coil or hysterectomy.

Hi Karennina, I've also been diagnosed with this and was originally told that I needed a hysterectomy which I decided against at the time. Since then I've had a Mirena coil (which lasts for approx 5 years)and am now on my second one and have to say that it has worked really well, relieving the majority of the symptoms.It doesn't suit everyone and I for one had never wanted a coil but given the choice between the two options am happy that I opted for that one. Hope you get everything sorted x
