Solicitors fees for buying in Turkey
« on: August 04, 2010, 10:34:59 AM »
Hi All, sorry to keep bombarding you all with so many questions, how much will a solicitor cost in Turkey when buying a property, i.e. what are the final costs for purchasing a property?
Thanks

I'm surprised he hasn't already, he's always keen for something for nothing.

I recommend Ozlen Ozergin - info@ozergin-kose.av.tr - and I know many others do too. Has been consistently dependable for all of the 7 years I have known her. Prices depend on what you are asking for a solicitor to do but £500-£800. Tell her Scunner said £500 and she'll say "Who is Scunner?" :D

Keith, wish we new you in Aug 2004 may have been able to get a discount from Ozlen  ;),our charge was £1000 attorney fee and expenses on our apart costing £29-950.Having said that she was worth every penny and have recommended her many times and will continue to do so.Found her to be thorough and kept us in the picture, which is very important when you are thousands of miles away.[^]

Again it does depend on what exactly you are needing them to do. A lot of the work can be done by the agent if they can be bothered.
