electricity rates ?

I dont know anything about three tiered tariffs for electricity bills, my maintenance company pays my electricity bill and from the end of april till the end of may my bill 119 lira. i have a four bedroomed villa with pool pumps, outside lights, pool lights air con etc.. is this an excessive bill i have nothing else to compare it against

Ours is 3 bed with pool lights etc May is normally a cheap month don't need aircon on, we use only one bedroom most of the time, all low energy bulbs inside and out tv on at least 6 hours a day plus pc  2 fridges etc, ours for that month was 74tl

The new company is currently charging at one rate I think it is 0,178 not sure when or if they will change things around

Well they are not in Ovacik, and never have been, there are three rates for domestic use and the 0,178 rate for outside use, all my bills are itemized every month, units used at the time and tariff cost. (see page 1 on topic for times and cost in Ovacik)
