Visa question?
« on: September 12, 2010, 18:55:01 PM »
Hi, I know this could be a blonde question, but my daughter has just advised me that if I pay £10 visa, and I visit Turkey again within 6 months I don't need to pay again?
I am under the impression you have to pay every time you visit?

At the moment you can return within 90 days as long as the visa doesnt run out before you leave

The reason behind all the dohs is because there has been a big thread about this recently and lots of confusion and speculation

Thanks Jules, dont know why I asked really, probably because I read the Visa post briefly, but didnt take it in as thought it applied mostly  to residents, thanks for replying  :)

Jenny I bought a visa on 6th May and stayed for two weeks. I went back and stayed from 2nd July to 25th July using the same visa and got out with about 4 days to spare  8). I am going again on Friday and will have to buy another one  8) Get the idea  ;):D

Thanks Ken, get the picture.now, can't believe I have paid every time!!  :-\
so how do you get them to understand you have paid in the last 6 months? Do you just show the visa man your stamp or can you go straight to passport control and show them?
OR is it easier to just pay the £10??  :)
