You do need someone with a residents permit they will need copy of passport and permit, they do not charge for coming to connect you, usually within a day, you then need an electrician to connect the wires in the villa usually 25tl 10 mins job, you can then apply for internet from tt net or a private company you get a free modem.
phone bill is approx 16tl per month internet various from basic limited at about 15tl to unlimited at 55tl. they have an opening offer first 3 months half price. You will need someone Turkish to help with the forms.
