This might sound like a daft question but....is there a limit to the amount of times you can come in and out of Turkey as long as you are within the the 90 days?....I will in and out 3 times by august...

So what exactly does 90 days in 180 mean  and how do you work it out.My mother has had 10 days in June, will have 85 days on her next visit July to October which will make 95 days. She then wants to come back in January of Feb for 60 days .She intends to renew her June visa in July will this be okay or should she just use the June one and overstay for 5days ?

Never overstay, I've read on several topics that you will be heavily fined upon exit & possibly banned from re-entry.

Ignore the 180 (sure that's there for confusion purposes only!), according to the rules I've read I understand it thus: It's a 90 day visa, ie. it's valid for 90 days from date of issue, simple as that.

Thanks I think I'll get her to renew when she goes in July just to be safe.
