I used Doree Bonner and found them excellent as was the service from Soyer in Izmir. At the time my stuff came the new laws with the taxes had just come into affect maybe further down the line they are back to their old ways with the back handers etc....... I was asked what electrical stuff that was taxable I had and I told them - paid the tax and that was it.
