Ish Bank charges

  I have just paid 300 ytl cash into the Ish Bank in Kemer Antalya to cover site fees with the money going to the site managements Ish Bank account in Fethiye (with all the correct account numbers etc) and they charged me 21ytl commission!
Very unamused and not impressed. Is this standard?

Yep same happened to me when I paid a bill in cash at a different Turkish bank.

Set up internet access to your account, you can then transfer the fees to your maintenance company's account over the internet for around 2.5TL.

If it paid by internet banking and is from a Turkish bank account to another Turkish bank then there is generally no charge.
