The people i have mentioned are all from calis.I can understand your point about migrant workers.I know they are from calis because i have been to their houses,this is when we were good customers to them.
There is a lot of locals working in calis.

I do find it "disappointing" that people who we have give repeat business to (not a huge amount of money) over the years appear to be quite so upset when we chose to go elsewhere.

Being rude and ignorant to you because you choose to eat elsewhere is to my mind not only unacceptable but plain ridiculous.

Being down and jaded because you're plain exhausted at the end of the season is understandable but still, at the end of the day you put a smile on your face and get on with it, because this is how the life is here.
