Investment returns in Turkish bank account

Hi guys can anyone give info of what 30 day account interest is at the moment and how does the system work what for instance would you get on a 100,000 TL investment.
We own a property in Turkey and do wish to retire there in 2 years time so planning an investment now. so any advice and facs will be most appreciated.
