Letoon Hotel
« on: June 20, 2014, 08:12:40 AM »
Just back from 11 days at the Letoon Hotel, fantastic !! What a stunning location, right on the beach, but i think it was the staff and owners that made our holiday. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs, so friendly and enthusiastic, cant recommend  this hotel highly enough. Food was lovely and the sunset view from the upstairs restaurant ( The Grapefruit ) was stunning.

Good to hear.  This was the first place we ever stayed in Calis and I remember thinking it was in best position, with lovely view and it was so peaceful..  Must give the restaurant a try next time we are over.

Best hotel on the front for us. Enjoyed a marvellous lunch there in April  with the lovely Nevra and a friend. Food was really good.
The hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment which was sorely needed. The new upstairs restaurant is a stunner. The garden has been revived to much of its former glory.
Even though we now head up to Uzumlu when in Turkey, it is still always  one our our ports of call if we are down below.

First went to Letoon in 1998 and, although I now have my own Apartment, when I am over in Calis I am back daily to see Nevra and the wonderful team. Great location. Highly recommended by myself and many of friends who now stay there.

Came across something that may be of interest.Google Hotel Letoon Calis.   Go to Hotel Letoon Calis Hotel anasayfa.  when page comes up click on english flag and go to bottom left purple rectangle  It says  Once upon a time at Hotel Letoon. It shows photos of Letoon from way back.

we have just stayed here for a night and thought it was really lovely, my words were a proper Turkish hotel...The rooms Toky are immaculately clean lovely comfy bed and great shower, we have stayed at eight hotels out here over the years and it so far has rated as our second favourite but that is after the Delta rooftop suite  ;)
