Water Bill

Hello ,

Have recently received our new water bill from Mugla and normally paid in the past by direct debit.  Does anyone know whether we have to set up a new direct debit  for this water bill or  do we pay it at the Beledeye.?

Not sure about paying at the Belediye, but there are several offices set up, one is in the street behind the main PTT in Fethiye. You will have to cancel you existing DD and take your new bill to the bank to start a new one.

Finansbanks Ayshe (manager) said they cannot pay mine like they used to do until Mugla sets up the dd facility. Paid it manually at the new office opposite the BP garage between Tansas and the Calis Kipa with the water bill.

I think none of you are in Ovacık as we did not get any bill yet. I keep looking up at my bank ( işbankası ) on internet , they need a 7 digit subscriber number for automatic registration. Our present number in Ovacık is a 4 digit one.

I'm still waiting for them to read my meter, despite promises from some on here that they would soon get round to me ...... you know who you are  ;)

Libra, somebody wrote on Facebook that they entered leading zeros to make it a 7 digit number and that worked.

If you do online banking it's very easy to cancel your DD from there. Finally cancelled ours this month, as still no meter reading or bill yet.
