I'm curious, did you try using a search engine before posting here?  Googling "turkey evisa" gives you the url Colwyn posted as the first result...

No I didn't .,reason being a few people have used the wrong sites so I thought I'd check first

Hi everyone sorry if I appear a little puzzled but I've been trying to sort our visa out and there doesn't seem to be an option for Turkey am I missing something?

the list you have to choose from is the list of countries you are travelling from (ie the UK for most of us) - or more specifically the nationality of the passport you will be using.
