Tara Palmer Tomkinson has been found dead in a London flat aged 45 following a battle with a brain tumour.

The socialite, former It-Girl and god-daughter of Prince Charles had been receiving treatment for a growth in her pituitary gland.

Can't think about her without seeing her laughing and happy. She made me feel happy, so funny, often shocking but natural. Very sad.
