Title: No Digiturk ?????

Is anyone else having a problem with Digiturk?  I have tried all the obvious, unplugging, re con fig platforms etc, now a message saying that the system has zero signal, is this a Digiturk problem or arial?

Sounds like it could be a problem with the dish, could need realigning

I thought that but there is a signal to channel 1 digturk ad channel, the installation is confirming a signal from arial of 100% I have just phoned Digiturk and they are looking into it and a techy man should be contacting us, that could be interesting.

I do miss my morning coffee and the news,...how sad

Did check if the cable coming from dish connected properly ? Sometimes taking out the card in receiver and put it back works .

Sorted!!! It could not have been the Arial as channel 1 adverts were working, that also ruled out the card, I tried again the configuration of the platform it went through and re-uploaded the channels and it worked, I think previously I did not give the platform time to fully load,

Thank for all the suggestions. tomorrow morning I can have coffee and news!
