Anyone know how long it is taking to get checked out by the military at the moment please and how is the market. Is there many buying property just now

It takes 2-3 months for the military checks to come back according to our builder. There seems to be more people looking at houses this year but whether they are buying I din't know.

About 3 months would be an average, this year.
