I have the Digiturk basic package and pay monthly by UK debit card. However, I will be retutning to the UK for about 3 months each year and wonder if anyone knows if Digiturk can be turned off for that period. I have tried to get through to the Digiturk office but only get a Turkish menu 0 can anyone help!!

You can swith it off for 3 months and they do have english speakers on the phoneline. Just when you call wait untill you get put through to an operator, one will come on if you dont press anything, in fact one would come on if you do press something and you will be connected to the relevant department.

Have just tried to do this for one of our customers and my husbands friend works for DigiTurk.
They said that if you want it cut off for a period of time they retrieve teh box and dish.
I suggest you reduce the package to the lowest one and keep it .

Which channels do you receive via Digiturk and what is the annual cost?

Loads of Turkish and German etc but we get BBC Prime, BBC world, all news channels, National Geographic, History channel etc, cartoon network, Reality, Movie Max , more or less the same as the UK . The basic package is approx 10 pounds per month.

unless you get a magic card from kadikoy and then you pay for the basic package and then have all the channels open even the pay per view ones.
