Looks like she should have shaved her bikini line before posing for this shot ;)
This link may help - get the test done at the eye hospital and then take your prescription and shop around for glasses

We always go to Hussein at Sen Optik (on the big mosque road). He has always been very good and very reasonable. We have always taken our latest prescription with us so have never actually had an eye test there though.

Cem on the big mosque road are excellent highly recommend them.
-
Oh Nichola :o, miaow, saucer of cream as well perhaps ;D
-
Haha yep I'm jealous : :)
Cem Optic wouldn't go there again. These are the people that took me to the impatient quack for my eye tests which were wrong btw and if it comes to choosing glasses there are so many places to choose from once you have got your prescription it's just worth having a good look around to find the frames that you like and suit you and then negotiate on the price.

Thanks for all the advice, i'm really not sure why but the eye test chart you put on there i can see that all the way down so my eyes can't be that bad. :o :o :o

I always bring my prescription but can't fault GENC on one of the pedestrianised streets with the red "carpet"

I went and asked about eye tests in one of the Fethiye opticians yesterday.
They said that eye tests are carried out by Doctors, and that optician branches aren't allowed to do them.
He suggested the Esnaf.
I just need to check my prescription before ordering more contact lenses online.
So is this right, do I definitely need to go to a hospital to have them checked?
-
Yes.
There are a couple of "doctors" that do eye tests but I've found in the past that you get a far more accurate test and prescription from hospitals.
-
Thank you!

I cant buy my contact lenses on line now because its over a year since I had a check up in the UK. I told them I had an eye test in Turkey but they said this didnt count... I had an eye test in The UK... then still had to have a contact lense check up to qualify for buying on line. I didnt bother... I just buy them at the opticians now in Fethiye.... I will have a check up just to make sure my eyes are still healthy.

Discount lenses online US company don't even ask for prescription. I could just order another years supply, but have noticed my reading vision not so good so would rather get it adjusted.
You could try them Anne? Work out just over £10 a month, and that's for torics, so could be even cheaper...
