Mrs Rimms has booked us a nice break in Antalya for Xmas, we are going to take the bus and was just wondering whether we need to book our seats or just turn up at the otogar ?

Its adviseable to book. You can do this at the Otogar and check out the various bus companies.
Depending on the time you wish to travel you have options to go on the larger coaches with
Kamel Koc,Pammukalle etc or the smaller coach operatives like Bati Antalya or Fethiye Seyhat,
which run more frequently.Current cost is 25tl single fare.Takes 3.5hrs.

I've done this route on a number of occassions & never booked, but give me a call when you get back home & depending on your dates, there may be seats available without using the otobus
