Title: Do I need an iTunes account?

Any help will be appreciated.  I am unable to down load iTunes to my laptop due to security restrictions.  Please can anyone tell me if I can use a new, unused iPod nano without an account?  Can I just buy an iTunes voucher?

Yes, you do need an iTunes account. You can buy a voucher/gift card but to buy the music or films you'll need an account.

Can you suspend securıty restrıctıons on your computer to let ıTunes download and ıs ıt safe.
