Has anyone used Park services (Calis DIY shop) for roof repairs, if so any comments, good or bad please

We  used them a couple of years ago for roof repairs.
The area they repaired is still holding good but they failed to return to fix the guttering after several promises from them to do so   .....my husband eventually finished  the work  :-\
