Interested to know if the Turkish law works well.
Anyone with any experience please let us know how you got on.

Yes. We used the law in 2009 and stopped a cement factory from being built in Uzumlu.

Is there something specific that you want to know about ? Or is it the Manzara thing ?
"Interested to know if Turkish Law works well" is a bit of a broad question.

I would say the law works in general, provided that you have the funds and the time for it. My experience is that generally when things go wrong it is not because the law doesn't work, it is because the law does not cover it, or the laws are different to what people are expecting - it is not a copy of the UK system.

Yes it's a broad question,so I was hoping for some broad answers
on does the work or not in Turkey.

I would say that unless you have had personal experience of using the law in another country it would be difficult to have an opinion and this question relates to Turkish law and apart from property purchase or Wills etc most people would have had no reason to use the system and as such could not form an opinion.
Savoyboy I think the question is far to broad to give a general answer ;)

Quite frankly Savoyboy even those who have had to deal with the UK legal system and laws would all have differing opinions of the law and it all most always depends on the circumstances.
Far to much litigation is entered in to for the wrong reasons and quite often occurs because someone does not have the ability to rationally deal with a problem..........too often the only winners are the solicitors and barristers :(
