There's an excellent article about Kuleli Koyu with plenty of info about improvements  including lots of pictures in an article today in turkeysforlife.com blog.

Does anyone know the times/frequency of the dolmus that goes to Kuleli?

Personally I prefer the original rustic get away from it all Kuleli but seems like everyone else loves the new make over including our staff team who have gone there en masse today.

Every 20 minutes. If you read the article it has all the information you need on Kuleli....  ;)

If you're eating at Kuleli I recommend the Tepsi kebab ask for extra spicy - çok acılı

How do you get there from Calis ? .

do you go via fethiye dolmus terminal

Catch the Karagozler Tasyaka dolmus (orange colour) anywhere along the main road into Fethiye after turning at (main otogar) crossroads from Calis. It will take you around the headland to the beach.  8)
