  12 months ago with much fanfare and publicity accusations were made about Farah's trainer Alberto Salazar and stablemate

  Galen Rupp in relation to doping allegations. Farah pulled out of a race in Birmingham to fly to the US to talk to his trainer and

  their reputations were dragged through the mud.  Fast forward 12 Months and Farah ran that race in Birmingham today and

  broke the 30 year old 3,000m  UK record, and the USADA very quietly dropped their investigation as they couldn't find any

  evidence of wrongdoing.      Innocent until proven guilty my arse.    Disgusting treatment.
