Saw him at Sunderland Empire years ago,absolutely hilarious

Very sad and clearly he amused many people over the years.  R.I.P.
His style of comedy was not for me.  In fact, I found it quite uncomfortable and he reminded me of a petulant, attention-seeking child but also seemed a very sad, lonely individual.
