Someone has posted pics on Facebook of building work on the change office/ sports shop in çalış. Looks like major works mini bulldozer there.

Sad to see Okyanus being taken over. Lots of local customers as well as tourists will be very disappointed. :( :( :(

The building work at sports direkt / change shop is just lowering of floor to street level,  I have some pics but I doubt I'd be able to see them ?

we hope the small new [ last year ] fish restaurant is still there again  this year just before the duck pond area in calis  opposite the gold repair man , we enjoyed meals there

No highlander not that place, its right opposite the gold repair main on the corner, I thing it used to be a art/ picture type shop, im sure the owner / cook was a French lady , had to wait a while whist she cooked the meals but gave out small nibbles as starters, oh no chips or rice

Back in October, Mahmut at Okyanus told me they would be moving somewhere else in Calis.

Hope its on the front again.

Okyanus.. Sad but no longer there.
Also after nearly 5 years on la Spezia italian restaurant site on Calis front... hotel to be completed this season...work in progress day & night.. .. Will try pic again..

Presume this is the old Seketur site,  it will be good to see something there again.  It will be interesting to see what type of hotel is going there.   Is this building work affecting the group of bars where lees bar and ey, s bar is ?

Scunner,  I think a few of us are unable to see the pics we are 'posting' ?
For info there is a new fish restaurant (pics to follow when I've taken some) just off aydin pide/cadde roundabout heading towards Sunday market & also a new kebab/grill place on baris manco boulevard where New York New York pizza used to be, opens next week, again will post pics later.

Really enjoyed the 2 meals we've had at rose fish restaurant & fully intend to go there again soon, f&c not as big (had 3 smaller pieces )charcoal palace but just as good,  great to have 2 decent fish and chip restaurants.
