RIP Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh, sadly passed away today aged 99 years. The UK has lost a great man.

The rock behind the throne...Will sadly be missed by all the royal family. His passing although not un-expected would have been nice if he could have celebrated his "Hundred"

Wasn’t his funeral just great though today ( if you get me) I’m in awe of the fact that he planned so much himself and the land rover was just so much nicer and I felt like it’s less traumatic for the family members sitting in a hearse, I wonder if any funeral companies will take his idea onboard...queen is amazing tho today I thought she looked a little on the frail side ( understandably) never thought that about her before...R.I.P Prince Philip

I thought the whole thing was magnificent
Superbly planned and executed with dignified precision.
A great credit to the Duke and ⁹the country

I'm not a great royalist a lot of them are a waste of space, I would certainly trim the Monarchy down as I believe Charles wants to do, but I do have a lot of respect for the Queen and found it heartbreaking to see her so alone yesterday, but still keeping her dignity. Having said that it's what thousands of other families have had to go through so pleased that they kept within the guidelines and not given special privileges.
