Hi,

We are coming out Friday 13th for 7 days and wondered whats on in Uzumlu, although we stay in Ovacik we will be building in Uzumlu soon and always try to visit the village and would like to spend an evening there when something is happening.

There are things arranged regularly in Uzumlu. The last one was in 1987

Scunner you are right, but don't scoff things are arranged regularly in Uzumlu and the last happening there was in fact 2007, when I believe there was a party for the 12 month anniversary of the total eclipse of the sun, it all works on a 10 yr cycle so keep ya eyes peeled for the next big event in 2017.

On a serious note Mark, if you look in the Uzumlu section you will see that there are 'things' going on every week. There is a quiz in the Winhouse on the 20th, our quiz at Musti's on the 25th and a wine tasting night in the Winehouse on the 11th Dec. The quizzes are held on a two weekly basis so you can work the dates out from there. Hope to see you up in sunny Uzumlu.

You could always try the wine house, make a nice change,you could try tasting the wine, again.
