So hes more market trader than a winner, Man utd have always been the richest club thats why they won more than most, Arsenal won it when they were spending money, Blackburn won it by spending big money and so did Chelsea.

The important thing (to me anyway) isn't how much you spend, it's how you are able to. Manchester United (in general) generated the money as a business, that allowed them to spend and be successful. That's quite different to a rich bloke turning up with money to burn.
