I'm not entirely sure, but he'll have to despatch the ball a bit faster than that if he wants any more goals.

It has been given to him and I think the ball was going in (and he would definitely have scored) until the defender gave it some help..  I think, considering he has not even trained with the team yet he did well for a first appearance.

Agreed, the timing of the run shows the quality itself. He might need to realise that British pitches might need the addition of a bit of extra welly  :)

Since Hodgson went and Torres followed I find myself warming to Liverpool a bit [:o]
