daylight-saving time Turkey

The International(UK, Europe etc.) date for putting forward clocks (spring forward) is the 27th March 1am, however, the Turkish Government has decided because it clashes with University entrance exams in Turkey they will move it to 3am March 28th......so for 1 day Turkey will only be an hour ahead of UK.....What will happen to travelling arrangements during that period ?? The mind boggles...glad our flights on the 30th .....unless !!!!![?]
