Rooney banned for two games

Rooney will never change.  Instead of him being contritional, showing some remorse and taking his punishment he is still protesting and saying he apologised and is being punished.  Where would the world be if wrong  doing could be solved by an apology?
His public image is at an all time low, but he is too thick to realise if he had of shown some regret, admitted he was wrong (and not just a flippant and meanless apology)  took his two match ban like a man and not a petulant spoiled brat he would have started to built bridges and put himself higher in the public view.
I am really surprised that M.U. do not get someone in to mentor him and teach him some life skills.
