Well if the blue moon revolution has begun, it's been a long time in coming. Some three years in fact, with some £200 million in transfers, and god knows how much in salaries, the sacking of a decent manager to be replaced by Mr Percentage, who wants to play dreary football that is more about efficiency than passion, pace and determination (the core of the successful english game).
In fact City are more like an Omnibus Company than a football team ... "Where do you want me to park the bus in front of the goal this week guvner?"
That's why people are not going to football in Italy in the numbers they used too, that's why the english game (for all its faults) remains a success and draws in crowds. If the Blue Moon style is the revolution, then I'll be joining the Counter-Revolution.
As a new found revolutionary Comrade Sandgrounder, I'd advise you to read V I Lenin when he advised that in a revolution
'When you drive nature out of the door she will rush back through the window' ..... All Power to the soviets and the english game:D
