Best time to dongle!

I have a Turkcell dongle. Sometimes its really slow. Is there a better time of day in which to use it please? And for skyping? :)

Supply & demand works well with the 'net, best time is normally around 4am!

4 AM is a pretty good estimate.
Best times I found were Saturday or Sunday in the morning, and weekday early evenings, basically when most normal people are in bed or eating.
I found Skype pretty poor with the dongle, but that was mostly due to a slow laptop.
