From today when I had to log on this morning (top right option) and again just now when I had to log in again after going out.

This time I have filled in the full section and ticked the box to allow me to stay logged in this time so maybe that will make a difference.

I will test it now and report back...

OK I restarted the computer - didn't clear cookies or anything - and opened up and remain signed in.

I always have the box ticked to stay logged in all the time but hasn't worked at all since Monday.
I use Firefox

I meant to say I use Chrome and also the section in the middle of the page with the box that has the how long do you want to stay logged on for had 60 mins showing and this remained showing 60 mins after I checked the stay logged in box.

If there are any problems after 60 mins will let you know   :)

Hope we are helping...

It's been happening to me for at least 4 days.  I've tried logging in on Internet Explorer and Chrome and have the same problem on both.

I don't log out so never had a problem until this morning when I found I was logged out.  Tried to log in top right hand side and it wouldn't accept the password, took me to the 2nd screen where I ticked the 'Stay logged in' box and it accepted it.  Immediately closed the forum down and re opened it.  Took me straight in.  I don't use cookies by the way.    :)

Scunner, we have a couple of smf forums and had the same problem on 2 but not a third, we eventually found out it was down to a php 5 upgrade on 2 of our servers (hence not the third) After searching for a fix which seems like forever I found this and it's cured

By the way I've just tried to log in 10 minutes ago with the same problem

Hope it helps.
Packing now see you all in Calis Beach on Saturday  ;D
