Well today mrs p turned up with another couple, who are looking at property, to help their son get on the property ladder...no sign of said son...NEXT!!!

After a tough day of negotiating, and silly offers we  have now agreed on a price..
We did throw in,the fridge,freezer,washer n dryer..but hey..it,s done.

Hope all goes well for you, have lost a stone in stress since my house was put on the market. Accepted offer from 1st couple who viewed, but legal work seems to take forever. Would love a completion date so we can start packing,  am already on 1st name terms with local charity shops and the recycling centre!!! Need some valium!!!
