I get a pizza and cut two parallel lines through it, making it into 3 strips of equal width. Then I throw the middle one in the bin and push the two outside ones together. Hey presto - pide!

We use tortillas courtesy of aldi as a good alternative. Fill wth chopped and fried spring onions and they are delicious.
I am assuming pied is the pancake rather than the pizza.

Is pide a generic term.
I have always assumed pide was the thin one and pizza was the thick one, or I am I being a pizza
