But I used to work for Natwest, who've been part of the RBS group for years now. They always had business customers paying in with non-business customers and the queues were pretty bad, so Jackie has a point.
Having said that, if RBS has any sense they will get extra cashiers to cover the busiest times like the lunch period. Natwest did used to do that (don't know if they still do) and to do that they used to make us eat lunch at 10 o' clock in the morning lol But there were still long queues at lunchtimes... :
