Am starting this off again...quick find another you tube clip lol  ;)

But I used to work for Natwest, who've been part of the RBS group for years now.  They always had business customers paying in with non-business customers and the queues were pretty bad, so Jackie has a point.
Having said that, if RBS has any sense they will get extra cashiers to cover the busiest times like the lunch period.  Natwest did used to do that (don't know if they still do) and to do that they used to make us eat lunch at 10 o' clock in the morning lol But there were still long queues at lunchtimes... : :)

I use Bank of Scotland for my business banking and do most things online so know little of their branch. When I do have to call in it drives me absolutely mad because they start doing what you ask, then ALWAYS pipe up with "so what have you got planned for the rest of the day" or "what's this - a day off?".

I wish they'd just do what they are paid to do and stop asking questions. It's none of their business and they couldn't care less anyway :D

I bank with First Direct so have to use HSBC for paying in etc.

There are no staff on show inside, just machines. Humans do exist but down the back and upstairs.

The paying in machines never accept all the notes I have - even one folded corner, even if it is millimetres causes it's rejection and I have to either straighten it out or if that fails I always have to find a human to change it/them.

Strangely the machine they came out of in the first place never has a problem with them.
