I have had a look back and indeed searched on past posts and the last time this was mentioned was over 2 years ago.
So hopefully someone will have some upto date advice about good reliable and sensibly priced house purchase lawyers.

Not the section I would have expected to find it. Perhaps it's a good idea to start searches in All Forums and then narrow it to individual sections if too many pages come up.

As above Sule Beder, she does what is says on the tin. Always contactable, replies to emails promtly and is very easy to converse with as her English is superb. Qualified in English and Turkish law. She conducted the sale of our villa and see no reason why her efficiency would be any different to purchasing.

i would recommend a uk based lawyer or a lawyer out side of fethiye , as fro mthe experience some solicitors have really close relation with developers behind the doors which would effect some purchase process

I think 10 years recommendation of a Fethiye Lawyer would be good enough for me and Suyle Beder also a Fethiye based lawyer comes highly recommended.

We too used Ozlen in 2004 for our purchase and have only heard complimentary reports since.We have reccomended her to a number of prospective buyers over the years and the outcome has always been positive.

We used Ozlen in May this year and we were very happy with her service and she also gave us a discount (deducted the VAT) for mentioning CBF - and she was very competitive to start with :) :)
