Hi everybody! :)We are going to rent a villa in calis for 2 months. We do it for the first time. We've found a place through the OWNERSDIRECT site. The owner of the place we choose told us just his bank account number etc. I do believe and trust people, but how will I Know going so far with a kid, that this villa is real (I saw it only on pictures)? Should we ask the owner for any documents and garantees? Or this is normal and we should not be worried?
