I bought a new digital camera the other day for my holiday in Turkey. I'd been trying it out to see what it was like etc.....and the batteries ran out really quickly which I thought was strange! I changed the batteries and the screen was still flashing saying 'battery empty' and turning itself of! I tried a few more batteries and the same thing was happening! so I marched down to Argos and went berserk 'I paid £130 for this and its broke' etc etc! The woman then told me that they won't swap the camera they send them of for repair. So I went on to shout 'I'm going away in a few weeks this isn't good enough'!!!. The woman went in the back to speak to her manager, by this time the queue was growing behind me and people were getting inpatient as I was taking ages. Next minute the woman came back and turned my camera on and it worked perfectly!!! I was so embarrassed! Apparently it wouldn't work becasue I was putting cheap batteries in it!!!:-\
