Don't Put Your Daughter On the Stage, Mrs Worthington, xxbilleigh-joxx.

Judging by the response, I'm not the only one?

Thanks GB & BB.

If people dont agree, they dont have to vote.. its down to personal opinion and i respect that you are entitled to yours, but please dont judge me. Both my daughter and son love smiling for the camera and if ever they said that they didnt want to do it, i'd never make them. But If they have fun and earn a few pounds to add to their evergrowing trust funds for later life, wheres the harm? Just my opinion....

This is a public open forum, and so you have to accept that people will judge you on your words and actions and respond accordingly.

It's not the end of the world - I'm not condeming you as a mother (as if you'd care anyway), I'm just expressing my personal distaste at this particular course of action.

If I'm breaking any rules, then I'm sure the moderators will either send me a private slap on the wrists, or else ex-communicate me permanently.

I'm all for free speech and while it isn't coming from nameless cowards and is not abusive I don't think there is any part for the mod team to play. That said, you must have been aware that you wouldn't make the lady's day when you decided to post.

If she'd like to ask the membership to assist, I'd say that was something a community is for and something it can help with. I don't think she asked the community for an opinion, but one thing with CBF I have found is that not asking for one doesn't mean they won't be forced upon you.

Good luck BJ from me anyway.

OK, sorry xxbilleigh-joxx for upsetting you; I do make the mistake of assuming that everyone is as thick-skinned as I am.

I'll stick to discussing parsnips...

Thanks Scunner.

To be honest, yes i would care. I dont know of any mother that wouldn't care if people were condeming them as mothers. I'm not falling out with anybody anyway.. Lets just say we have a difference of opinion and leave it at that.
