Mrs. Brown's Boys

One thing helping me to get through the depressing month of January, and the bleak winter weather is the latest series of the comedy Mrs. Brown's Boys on the BBC, It's possibly been the funniest thing on British television for a while (depending on your personal taste of course) :D.

The Episode when she's taken "acid" by mistake is pure comedy gold !. Also the way it is produced in front of a live audience is quite refreshing, with much of it ad libbed by an excellent cast :D.

If you haven't seen it try and catch it on iplayer, I promise you will not be disappointed !!:D.

I love it too valleyboy.

My favourite is Mrs Brown's Bikini Wax.  Laugh just thinking about it.  They are all on YouTube :D:D

It is definitely the Marmite of Sitcoms. Except I like Marmite! I can't stand it but know many who think it is fantastic (including Mrs Scunner).

absolutely brilliant
we have watched all the series from day 1
we went to see them on the empire and the stage show is fantastic
don't know why it's took so long for it too be a hit
most of the cast are played by family members
Winnie is his sister
Cathy is his wife
maria is their daughter
buster is their son
Betty is their daughter in law
Dermot is regarded in real life as their adopted son  :)
